Canned smoked salmon is mixed with chives, parsley, paprika, carrot and lettuce to create a savoury filling that is creamy, salty and quite addictive! This is rolled up in a thin egg omelette then cut into bite-size pieces. The result – a tasty salmon sushi roll that is a naturally gluten, dairy and grain free!

This salmon sushi roll is inspired by my grandma’s fish egg rolls, which combine fish paste on an egg omelette, which are then rolled up and steamed. They are delicious! This is my modern twist on the dish and they are really versatile so you can try filling them with tuna or chicken along with your favourite herbs and spices.
